  • 30-day return window from the day you receive your item

  • No restocking fees – you get your full refund

  • 14 days to process refunds once we receive your item

If your product is unused, in its original packaging, and within 30 days of purchase, we’re happy to offer a 100% satisfaction or money-back guarantee. We truly believe our products are of the highest quality and will exceed your expectations.

📩 How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at info@jellore.se before sending anything back.

  2. We’ll approve your request and guide you through the steps.
    Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

💳 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or card provider may take extra time to post the refund.

  • If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, please email us at info@jellore.se.

💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it’s defective, damaged, or the wrong item — we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

🔄 Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your current item and, once accepted, place a new order for the item you’d like.

🇪🇺 EU 30-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 30 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Free or promotional items are not eligible for cash refunds. If the above return conditions are met, you will receive store credit instead.
